Expertise in Cotton & Synthetic Coloration

Lab-dip development and shade matching

Dyeing recipe development & formulation

Color measurement and color data analysis

Operate Spectrophotometer and color management systems

Auto-dispenser operation and control

Lab-to-bulk recipe matching

Manage dye and chemical knowledge

Conduct shade evaluation and light-box assessment

Support R&D and process development

Conduct Root Cause Analysis and problem solving

Ensure compliance with buyer color standards and approval requirements

8–12 years of relevant experience in textile dyeing, lab coloration, and color management

Strong hands-on expertise in both cotton and synthetic fiber coloration, including blended fabrics

Experience in lab-dip development, recipe formulation, shade matching, lab-to-bulk correction, and team management
