Lead technical development and production of lingerie products including Bra, Panty, Underwear, and Intimate Apparel.

Review tech packs, patterns, garment construction, and fit comments to ensure buyer requirements are met.

Oversee sample development, fit approval, and pre-production processes.

Resolve technical issues related to sewing, elastics, lace attachment, cup shaping, bonding, and garment fitting.

Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, IE, QA, and Quality teams for smooth execution.

Ensure compliance with buyer standards, measurements, and quality requirements.

Drive productivity, efficiency improvement, and waste reduction initiatives.

Conduct technical training for supervisors, technicians, and operators.

Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize defects and rework.

Support pilot runs and bulk production while ensuring right-first-time quality.

Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Technology, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in lingerie/intimate apparel manufacturing.

Strong expertise in garment construction, pattern making, fit analysis, grading, and technical troubleshooting.

Sound knowledge of lingerie fabrics, elastics, lace, foam cups, trims, and specialized machinery.

Experience working with international buyers and multinational apparel brands will be preferred.
