Lead end-to-end HR operations for the property/group

Handle recruitment, onboarding & manpower planning

Manage payroll, attendance, leave & compliance matters

Develop and implement HR policies as per industry standards

Oversee performance management & employee relations

Handle disciplinary actions, grievance handling & labor law compliance

Coordinate with department heads for staffing & training needs

Proven experience as HR Manager in Hospitality / Resort / Star Hotel / Club industry

Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor law & compliance

Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills

Strong communication & problem-solving ability

Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse workforce
