•    Proven hands-on experience in direct buyer/brand acquisition and onboarding.
•    Strong network and business relationships with international buyers and brands.
•    Candidates having established contacts with European buyers/brands will receive priority.
•    Demonstrated success in developing new business opportunities and expanding customer portfolios.
•    Extensive overseas travel experience for buyer meetings, business development, negotiations, and relationship management is mandatory.
•    Capable of independently handling buyer communications, price negotiations, order execution, and business development activities.
•    Strong technical knowledge of knit garments manufacturing, product development, fabrics, trims, wash processes, and production feasibility.
•    Ability to independently prepare accurate garment costing, analyze margins, and negotiate commercial terms.
•    Sound understanding of high-value and high-SMV knit products.
•    Strong commercial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
•    Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
•    Ability to lead cross-functional teams by coordinating with Merchandising, IE, Production, Quality, Planning, and Commercial departments.
•    Capable of mentoring and developing marketing team members while driving business growth.
Compensation

•    Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
•    Degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
Experience
•    12–18 years of progressive experience in Marketing & Merchandising within a reputed export-oriented knit garments manufacturing company.
•    Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience managing a marketing/merchandising team.
•    Experience working as the second line leader / HOD in a marketing department will be highly preferred.
