Asst. Manager - Merchandiser (Jacket)

Handle end-to-end merchandising activities for woven and outerwear jacket products, from order confirmation to final shipment.

Communicate with international buyers regarding product development, costing, order execution, and shipment schedules.

Prepare accurate costing, consumption, price quotations, and negotiate prices to ensure order profitability.

Coordinate sample development, including Proto, Fit, Size Set, PP, and Production samples.

Follow up on fabric, lining, accessories, trims, and other raw material sourcing to ensure timely availability.

Work closely with Design, Technical, Pattern, Sampling, Production, and Quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Monitor T&A (Time and Action) plans and ensure on-time sample submission and shipment.

Ensure buyer requirements, specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements are properly followed.

Monitor production progress and resolve merchandising-related issues to avoid delays.

Maintain regular communication with buyers and suppliers and provide timely order status updates.

Ensure proper documentation, order files, approvals, and shipment-related records.

Strong knowledge of jacket construction, fabrics, lining, padding, zippers, and accessories.

Expertise in costing, consumption, and price negotiation.

Good understanding of woven jacket and outerwear manufacturing processes.

Strong buyer communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple orders and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and merchandising-related software.
