AGM – Commercial

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in Customs Bond Management, Bond Licence, Bond Register and related regulatory compliance.
• Strong expertise in Import, Export, Customs Clearance, UD (Utilization Declaration), UP (Utilization Permission), EXP formalities, back-to-back LCs, banking documentation, and related commercial operations.
• Experience in yarn, raw material, accessories, and finished goods documentation and shipment procedures.
• Strong understanding of Bangladesh Customs regulations, bonded warehouse procedures, VAT and applicable export-import requirements.
• Proven leadership capability to manage the Commercial Department independently and coordinate effectively with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Production, and other relevant functions.
