Asst. Manager – Facility Maintenance

Oversee day-to-day facility maintenance and ensure smooth operations.

Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Manage electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and utility systems.

Supervise maintenance team and external service vendors.

Monitor maintenance costs, spare parts and inventory.

Ensure compliance with safety, fire and statutory requirements.

Prepare regular maintenance reports and coordinate with other departments.

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or a relevant discipline.

7–10 years of experience in facility/building/factory maintenance.

Strong knowledge of utilities, HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems.

Good leadership, problem-solving and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
