 Presenting the company to various Funding Agencies/Investors and exploring Innovative method for Resource raising through IPOs, Private placement, Structured financial instruments, Venture funding, private equity funding, etc.
 Handling of Mergers & Acquisitions transactions, Due diligence, Enterprise Valuation and allied activities.
 Arranging syndicated loan from different bankers and financial institutions in line with the company objectives.
