1. Ensuring the overall safety and security of the 600-acre Colonel Bagan.
2. Land and estate-related management. 
3. Create and maintaining liaison and good relations with local authorities and communities.
4. Manage a team of about 20 employees in the project with plan of expansion, including hiring key experts and consultants for profitable agricultural sub-projects.
5. Create and manage profitable sub-projects like fruits and vegetables gardens, Agor bagaan project etc. within the Bagaan for revenue generation.

• Bachelor/ Masters from any reputed university

• Need to stay on-site in Manikchari for a minimum of 3 weeks per month.
• Self-driven vehicle to use on-site. 
• Local residence will get preference.
