Oversee and implement policies and procedures pertaining to Internal Audit in an effort to continuously improve the audit function III. Risks associated with Operations, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Reputational, Compliance, and Fraud will all be responsibilities of the Head of Internal Audit IV. You have to develop policy and implement in the organization. V. You have day to day report to management. VI. You have to lead the team and train them for next level.
