Job Description

  • Legal drafting and review of wide range of agreements related to principal, dealer, distributor, purchase, automobile etc and ensure the agreements are aligned with the company’s objective and mitigate legal risks.
  • Ensure fixed asset of company are legally protected
  • Land management of company including land purchase, mutation and mortgage
  • Prepare legal implications of related to fixed asset transactions and collaborate with relevant department to ensure compliance
  • Oversee legal aspects of land acquisition, leasing and development projects
  • Collaborate with external legal consultants/law firms to handle legal disputes, litigations etc
  • Oversee factory documentation from legal lens
  • Collaborate with other SBUs of group and provide necessary legal support as per requirements

  • LLB/LLM

Additional Educational Requirements

  • LLB/LLM from any reputed institution
  • Bar council membership is required

Experience Requirements

  • YES

  • Strong knowledge of company law, commercial law, banking law & regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Liaison with Govt. authority
  • Typing skill in Bengali
