• Develop Agro project work plans and ensure timely implementation of the project activities in line with work plans and activity schedules.
• Oversee & operate the Greenhouse and hydroponic crop production.
• Supervise subordinate staff at the project office level.
• Conduct field visits and monitoring of various divisions to ensure better production.
• Maintain good relationship with the government agriculture officers and local govt. authority, and local elites.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual project progress reports.
• Work closely with the Project Coordinator and the Management to implement the project properly. 
• Any other assignment given by the Supervisor.

Bachelor degree in Agriculture/Agriculture Engineering from a reputed university.

• Experience to implement the donor-funded development project will be an added advantage.
