Job Description

• Conduct role-wise training needs assessment.

• Prepare training modules, especially on soft skills, and conduct training sessions.

• Evaluate learning of the training, and monitor impact on job performance.

• Prepare annual training calendar and budget.

• Prepare and update role profiles.

• Prepare various analytic reports on L&D as and when required.
