1. Lead all engineering activities related to ongoing design and creation of new products and
components.
 2. Maintain and update product CAD and BOM systems; manage vendors and subcontractors and work with project managers and other departments on technical issues.
3. Update operations manuals and procedures.
4. Conduct and document safety, quality, and environment inspections.
5. Maintain project timelines.
6. Hire, train, and manage all engineers.
7. Oversee capital equipment purchases and inventory.
8. Maintain quality systems and work according to ISO Quality Standards.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success.
