• Key Responsibilities: Ensure all product meets required standards and specifications to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
• Ensure Centro Quality Management System is fully implemented throughout the manufacturing process and followed by all
• Ensure that the right people are allocated to the right factories and are fully trained and capable of carrying their role and responsibilities.
• Prepare and analyse supplier information to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement, produce data and report on performance
• Partake in Risk Analysis meetings ensuring any concerns raised are dealt with to prevent or control in actual production.
• Provision of Training both internally and externally to strengthen the current team and supply base in line with company strategy.
• Analysis of current ways of working to identify areas of weakness and opportunities for improvement.
• Liaise closely with Quality Management to monitor and analyse performance of the quality management system, produce data and report on performance.
• Evaluates supplier production operations from a strategic level to ensure that products meet quality, and other specifications and requirements.
• Support current supply base on improvements for manufacturing to help reduce unnecessary failures, delays and to avoid additional costs.
• Work closely with suppliers to help factories move towards the next level by having regular meetings and providing valuable recommendations directly to suppliers Top & Middle management

Bachelor’s degree preferred.  A degree in textile engineering or related field preferred

• Should standards. have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international
• Strong technical knowledge in quality system
• Strong leadership and team management skill
