• Collaborate with the design team to develop new denim garment concepts, considering market trends, customer preferences, and brand identity. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for denim product lines.
• Oversee the sample development process, ensuring timely execution and adherence to design and quality standards. Review and approve samples for fit, construction, and overall aesthetics.
  Work closely with the technical design team to create detailed garment specifications, including measurements, construction details, and fit requirements. 
• Provide guidance on pattern making, grading, and sample development.
  Identify and source high-quality denim fabrics, trims, and other materials required for garment production. Collaborate with suppliers and conduct thorough evaluations to ensure materials meet quality and performance standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to plan and execute the production process, considering capacity, timelines, and cost efficiencies. Monitor and track production progress to ensure timely delivery of denim garments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as design, merchandising, marketing, and sales to align product development strategies with overall business objectives. Collaborate on assortment planning, pricing strategies, and product launches.
• Stay updated on denim fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape. Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Lead and manage a team of product developers, designers, and technical staff. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success and professional development.

Diploma in Textile Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
