They strive to maintain a positive and productive work environment. •    KPI Alignment with Business Objectives: Collaborate with department heads to align KPIs with business objectives, ensuring that individual goals contribute to overall company success. •    Workplace Culture: They contribute to building a positive workplace culture by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement. •    Training and Development: Implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and development is part of their role, ensuring employees are equipped for their roles. •    Performance Management: They oversee performance appraisal processes, provide feedback, and work on performance improvement plans when necessary. •    HR Strategy: Contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy is part of their strategic role. •    Data Management: Managing HRIS data, including employee records, payroll, and other confidential information, is an essential part of their responsibilities. •    Any other tasks as assigned by the management, from time to time
