• Provide inspired leadership for the organization
• Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
• Maintain an excellent co-ordination with production planning team; and generate substitute quality team & other production support team to ensure quality production & on time delivery.
• Communicate with management and factory personnel to develop production and design standards.
• Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize production processes and maximize profitability.
• Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control.
• Help to promote company’s cultures that encourages top performance and high morale
