Job Description

  1. Perform regular client meetings & site visits.
  2. In-depth knowledge about real estate environment in the city, property buying cycle.
  3. Awareness of government policies and bylaws, processes & transaction procedures.
  4. Awareness about new projects coming up in the city and prevailing prices in various localities of the city.
  5. Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring terms are favorable to the company.
  6. Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.
  7. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings for achieving targets & training the employee on weekly basis.
  8. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base. Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  9. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
  10. Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

  • BBA/MBA

  1. BBA/ MBA in Marketing from reputed University
