Job Description
- Perform regular client meetings & site visits.
- In-depth knowledge about real estate environment in the city, property buying cycle.
- Awareness of government policies and bylaws, processes & transaction procedures.
- Awareness about new projects coming up in the city and prevailing prices in various localities of the city.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring terms are favorable to the company.
- Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings for achieving targets & training the employee on weekly basis.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base. Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Additional Educational Requirements
- BBA/ MBA in Marketing from reputed University
Jobs Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in team lead role.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Smart & very good in conditioning the client.
- Polished, Well-Groomed, pleasing personality.
