1. Assist team members to set target market, define action plan, approach plan, execute plan effectively.
2. Focus on both commercial and residential inventory, monitor day to day, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and yearly target.
3. Prepare all departmental reports, analysis, presentations.
4. Oversee the overall sales operation on a day-to-day basis, examine, follow-up and feedback for ensuring all systems and procedures are being followed and recommend areas of improvement to instill operational excellence.
5. Achieve departmental sales target ensuring earnest money collection.
6. Optimize saleable units through constant communications and coordination with other teams.
7. Enhance capabilities of departmental human resources through effective recruitment, training, maintenance, coaching, counseling and development.
8. Develop team members by inspiring, motivating and encouraging for better performance, review team and self-daily activities for increasing accountability.
9. Ensure completion of sales agreements after sales and forward customer files to customer service.
10. Ensure sales tools i.e. tabs, brochures, presentation materials, executive bag, laptops, mobile, stationeries etc. are all available as per requirement.
11. Conduct regular market survey and assist in preparing strategies to overcome every changed circumstances.
12. Keep liaison with banks, leasing and other home financing companies.
13. Keep self-communication with existing clients of the company and coordinate with customer services for any requirements and keep customers satisfied.
14. Manage and lead the entire end to end sales activities. 
15. Plan, propose and execute possible sales campaign targeting lead generation.

• Graduation from reputed university with good academic score.
