1. Overseeing the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
2. Maintain Organizational accounts (Cash Book/ Bank Book/ledgers etc.)
3. Prepare and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills.
4. Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
5. Maintain and file all invoices and other applicable supporting documentation.
6. Ensure that all applicable Tax and VAT are deducted from the invoices.
7. Prepare VAT and TDS reports, and submit report to NBR on time.
8. Monitoring daily fund deposited against unit sale and payments against unit surrender.
9. Prepare all necessary periodic and year-end reports.
10. Calculate weekly NAV of Mutual Funds every week.
11. Keep up to date all accounting entry in software.

1. Candidate with CA (CC) completion will get preference.
2. Maintaining confidentiality concerning Company’s financial, suppliers and employees’ information.
3. Skills Required: Finance/ Accounts, VAT and Tax, Budgeting and Cost Control, Factory Accounts.
