Establish and maintain digital data capturing system for the floor management.
Implementation of Lean manufacturing tools.(6S,Seven wastage,In-station quality, Andon, QCOetc.)

Responsible for detailed data analytics utilising process data and performance reports to assess manufacturing activities and identify improvement opportunities.

Value Stream Mapping(VSM) for lead time reduction on identified product categories & defining a clear information.
Assessment of financial statements (P&L) ,financial data trend analysis and other performance indicators to assess standing and financial position,in addition calibrating to commensurate operational cost.
