Job Description
- General Administration & Protocol Management:
- Oversee and guide the organization's administrative tasks, such as different Project & office management.
- Randomly visit the project located Dhaka & Feni for Security & others staffs are actively working.
- Supervise and visit all the project to ensure that all the project covered in a compliance.
- Coordinate with Project engineer for various project administrative support
- Effectively inspect and review projects to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Manage the accommodation (Residence/Hotels), food & transport support for the staffs as when required.
- Overall monitoring inhouse management and guest house management under the company.
- Visa Process for the management
- WASA, DESKO, GAS related work has to be done as when required.
- Event Management
- Transport Management:
- Responsible for planning & arrangement of all types of vehicles based on regular route plan, ensure logistics support and maintain proper vehicle schedule.
- Responsible for proper maintenance, Fuel, repairing and servicing of all vehicles of the company on time, allowance, Driver Attendance & OT
- Responsible for timely updating, keeping records and monitoring all the renewal activities of BRTA and other transport related documents.
- Handling critical accident situation at road and take necessary steps to resolve the situation by dealing with traffic sergeant, local police & law enforcing agencies.
- Security Management:
- Monitor security attendance & Supervise Security Team of all the projects.
- To identify and stop crime and safeguard people, those are connected to CCTV cameras put in buildings, places & construction sites etc.
- Prepare incidents/observations reports daily basis.

- Self-motivated, ambitious and willing to work hard·
- Ability to work under pressure, taking self-responsibility·
- Have to be prepared for project visit different location.
- Smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach·
- Fluent in written and spoken English with good ability to translate and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of and Experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Email.
