Responsible to run & lead the Quality Department most efficiently.
Ensure quality of products as per company policy & buyers’ requirements.
Adopt the changes smoothly as per buyer’s requirements & company policy. Implement AQL, SOP of buyers efficiently.
Trained up all the team members as required to run the department efficiently.
Develop & maintain required policies, SOP etc. & review regularly (as required).
Ensure proper documentation & provide necessary reports to managements as required.
Ensure quality at needle point, Face all inspection/ Audits & pass at first time.
Ensure product safety & brand protection.
Ensure on time shipment of quality goods.
Work maintaining proper coordination & cooperation among concern departments.
Meet the deadline & crisis situation if any and report to Management accordingly.
