Environmental controls & follow-up animation of the production units in Bangladesh

Evaluate factory conditions and performance related to climate action, chemical management, wastewater, and natural resources, devising strategic solutions for enhancement.

Monitor and ensure the functionality of supplier's Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) through regular evaluations, improving wastewater management.

Supplier factories, focusing on resource efficiency (energy and water) and environment compliance. Specific supplier Follow up Monitor and lead the implementation of sustainability projects in 

Coordination & animation among different offices (China, India, Turkey)

Data Analysis: Monitor supplier “Higgy-FEM” module assessments globally for all Global Sourcing offices; analyze scores, set improvement targets for each factory, and monitored progress toward achieving targets, resulting in enhanced supplier performance.

Trainings: Build awareness and train internal teams and external suppliers over various environment topics.

Reporting: send regular reporting on action plan advancement to all GS teams, based on “Higgy” evaluation

Report to Bangladesh CSR senior specialist & to Senior CSR manager. 

Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering Environment Sustainability.

Has relevant experience in environment missions.

Deep knowledge of HIGG FEM is a must.

Has experience in project coordination.

Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Pro-active and hands-on. 

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
