• Responsible for the fitting of the textile products (measurement chart, patterns, product construction) at the prototype development stage (fitting and size set) through collective work of his team (fitting engineers).
• Address any issues or feedback from BU on the technical aspect and guide team & supplier to a solution that caters to BU request. In case of technical limitation, explain the same to BU in order to reach an amicable solution. 
• Guide team to ensure good respect of the wear & safety legislation through risk assessment meeting ahead of the season and also during order execution.
• Track critical path progress in order to identify potential bottle neck that could relate to delay in the start of production and take proactive action to avoid such.
• Weekly follow up with team on development proceedings with respect to critical path and RTP time line comparison and raise possible alerts in advance to commercial and production team. 
• Communicate with commercial & production teams for a good understanding of the buyers’ requirement.
• Supplier performance evaluation with feedback from team members and setting corrective action plan.

• Team development through arrangement of pattern, marker development and risk assessment training.
• Develop & maintain a library of pattern and mini marker to facilitate future development process with the support of team members.
• Utilize CAD to assess core line product fabric consumption and facilitate commercial team in correct fabric cost estimation.
• Train supplier to ensure 1st time correct sample submission, track related performance from supplier on a seasonal basis and work on corrective action plan for poor performers.
• Propagate local size set validation by improving supplier & GS performance and gaining confidence from BU.
