Job Description
- Oversee all operations of the Garments Sample Room Specially Bra items, including Sample Production, Quality Control, and Staff Management.
- Planning, controlling and monitoring of the whole Sample Procedure for on time delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Design and Production Teams to translate Design concepts into Physical Prototypes.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of Sample Orders, meeting deadlines and production schedules.
- To communicate with merchandiser regularly & collect update information about all kinds sample issues.
- Time to Time attend in Buyers meeting in aspect of sample related issue.
- Sample approval information provide to Planning and Production Dept.
- Implement and maintain rigorous Quality Control Procedures to ensure that all samples meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve Sample Room Processes and Workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze & apply easiest making procedure on sample developing stage & confirm by buyer approval.
- Ensure technical & compliance issues in the sample area.
- Supervise and mentor sample room staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Manage inventory of sample materials and supplies, optimizing stock levels to support sample production.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to garment construction and sample development.
