Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
100% achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and potential areas for product improvement.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with marketing, technical, and production teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute sales promotion activities, such as discounts, promotions, and incentives.
Explore opportunities for market expansion and new customer acquisition.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in sales management in the paint or coatings industry.
Person with experience working outside Dhaka territory is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to travel as required.
