Job Description

  1. Develop and implement organization-wide strategies and initiatives to improve employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness.
  2. Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these issues.
  3. Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
  4. Assess and recommend changes to organizational structure, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Lead change management initiatives, including communication plans, to ensure smooth implementation of organizational changes.
  6. Facilitate performance management activities through KPI setting and annual performance evaluation.
  7. Analyze and evaluate training and development programs to measure their impact and effectiveness.
  8. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on organizational development matters, including performance management and career development.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and implement relevant strategies and interventions.
  10. Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as needed to support organizational development initiatives.

Educational Requirements

  • BBA/MBA

Additional Educational Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  2. Certification in organizational development or a related field is highly desirable.

  • YES

Jobs Requirements

  • Proven experience in organizational development, change management, or a related field, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development principles, theories, and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex organizational issues and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating training programs and workshops.
  • Experience in working in a diverse and multicultural environment is a plus.

Salary Range

  • 150000 - 200000
