Job Description
- Identify new business opportunities and create new business with Dealer and corporate client.
- Maintaining good relation with the dealer, contactors, shop manager and also employees under his team.
- Monitoring employees under his team and set the target for them.
- Evaluate the performance of his team member ,motivate them and help them to achieve the target.
- Monitoring daily movement activities of their team member.
- Implement creative marketing plan and providing creative ideas to management for increasing sales.
- Preparing daily visit report to management.
- Fulfill sales target to achieve business growth.
- Monitoring the order and payment fom dealer.
- All the promotional activities instructed by company.
- Provide weekly progressive report to management.
- Must follow the instruction from management time to time.
Additional Educational Requirements
- MBA/BBA/Honors in any subject from any Reputed Institute (Major in Marketing will get more preferences)
Jobs Requirements
- Age 35 to 45 years
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Must be energetic, hardworking, dedicated and ables to work under pressure.
- At least 6years experience in relevant field
- Having good knowledge about dealership business and corporate business.
- Having good knowledge about building materials companies.
- Should have good command in Microsoft office specially MS word and MS Excel, Email, Internet Browsing.
