1. Build and nurture relationships with key government agencies and regulatory bodies.
2. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and communicate regulatory updates and changes internally to relevant stakeholders.
3. Understand and collect the national investment policy, market dynamics, in-depth investigation, and research, to provide a basis for the company’s decision-making.
4. Communicate the organization's positions effectively to government officials and regulatory agencies.
5. Organizing and participate in trade fairs, campaigns, and conferences. 
6. Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the company's presence and brand awareness. This includes creating annual and monthly marketing plans.
7. Discover and develop opportunities for publicity through sponsorship and advertising. Identify new business opportunities.
8. Identify and establish relationships with top-tier construction companies in the geotechnical market. Maintain and expand the network in key market areas, continuously seeking new client cooperation while maintaining existing customer relationships.
9. Collect and analyze project information, including tracking planned projects and gathering competitor information. Prepare project proposals and feasibility analysis reports
10. Organize and facilitate business meeting and ensure continuous updates of tracking reports for key projects and customers.
11. Identify and assess tender opportunities in the construction sector.
12. Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender documents.
13. Participate in the tendering process and prepare commercial proposals as required.
14. Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and deadlines.
15. Facilitate negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
16. Manage contract documentation and maintain accurate records.
17. Monitor the whole process of contract execution, keeping smooth communication with internal project management team and client’s team, to ensure a proper execution of the contracts.
18. Work closely with internal Finance team and Project Management team to ensure a timely and accurate payment collection of the contracts. 
19. Monitor and Participate in the handover of completed projects with project management team, and collect Letter of Completion, Letter of Appreciation and other relevant documents. 

• Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical etc.)
• Or Bachelor in Business Administration (preferably in Marketing) from reputed University

• 10 -15 years of relevant experience in Business development, Project Management and Tender/bidding management with good understanding on urban construction market scenarios in Bangladesh.
• Proven experience in Marketing & Business Development, government affairs, public relations, or tender management within construction sector.
• Proven track record of successful tender submissions and contract negotiations.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong negotiation, business/proposal writing, presentation, stakeholder management and virtual team management skills.
