1. Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees.
2. Ensuring new employee orientation.
3. Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and development.
4. Collaborate with department managers to determine specific training requirements.
5. Develop metrics and tools to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
6. Management of feedback from participants and make necessary adjustments to improve future training sessions.
7. Ensure all training programs comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
8. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in retail training and employee development.
9. Work closely with the HR & Operations department to align training initiatives with overall business goals.
10. Plan diversified engagement activities to improve customer service.
11. Visiting outlets to observe the improvement while conducting up with training need analysis.
12. Partnering with outlet management to support operational goals through effective training strategies.
13. Any Other responsibility assigned by management time to time.

• BBA/ MBA in HRM from any reputed university

• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
• Go Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
