Creative Direction: Lead the creative process for branding initiatives, including visual identity, packaging design, and marketing materials.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer preferences, emerging trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize
insights to inform visual and brand strategies.
Brand Positioning: Define and communicate the brand’s unique value proposition through compelling visuals and consistent messaging across all
channels.
Campaign Development: Plan, design, and execute visually stunning marketing campaigns that elevate brand awareness and drive customer
engagement.
Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with product development teams to ensure brand consistency and visual appeal across all products
lines, from concept to launch.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of brand visuals and campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to
senior management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual execution.
Budget Management: Manage the visual branding budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and ROI
Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in brand development, visual design, or related roles within the beauty and personal care industry.
Strong strategic thinking and visual storytelling abilities.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proven track record of successful brand visual development in the beauty sector.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
