Responsible to bulk washes, garment washing, finishing, coordination.

Responsible for washing production output, product quality, and on-time shipment.

Look after the overall garments washing production.

Maintain quality of the wash & garments as per buyer requirement.

Ensure proper use of Chemical.

Ensure smooth execution of washing production of the factory as per the buyer's specifications and meet the shipment schedule.

Prepare schedule and plan the daily work for the garment wash.

Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage.

To assure efficient production through the provision of technical assessments and analytical follow-up.

Plan and oversee tasks like necessary coordination with other department heads.

Prepare and monitor a monthly budget in order to meet organizational objectives.

Any other tasks Assigned by Management

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s)
Garments & Washing Factory.

Expertise in denim and non-denim wash methods required

Working knowledge of garment manufacturing process

Exceptional time management and organizational skills
