Job Description
- Develop marketing plans.
- Develop and execute strategic projects – portfolio, brands, farmer reach, channel strategies to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead channel segmentation and define clear value propositions/channel investments for each segment. Collaborate with sales team on go-to-market implementation - monitor channel interactions, coach the sales force and ensure alignment on different interaction strategies.
- Drive future readiness of organization via modern scientific marketing campaigns, Digital initiatives, Farmer centered brand building, coordinating GTMs like conventional channels, ecommerce, BLF etc. into cogency.
- Allocate resources to Commercial Areas and Central activities to maximize ROI, drive strategic focus areas based on potential and right to win.
- Support people development and functional capability enhancement of team.
- Coordination and liaising with regional/Cluster Counterparts
- Provide local insights and feedback to region and Cluster teams.
- Establishing a mechanism for speedy resolution during crisis.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies when interacting with Government officials.

- 10 plus years of experience in direct sales/marketing and experience of key account management adds on
- Brand management experience for 2 or more years
- Experience as the team lead for more than 2 years at a function or P&L lead position.
- Strategic mindset, Customer focus, Business insights, drives vision & purpose, Courage.
- Proven experience in Government negotiations.
- Having Leadership and Management skills. Interpersonal relation, persuasion, and representation skills.
- Negotiation skills to protect and advance company interests with third parties.
