1. Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
2. Offer senior management and other departments legal assistance on various topics, including contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory concerns.
3. Ensure the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
4. Identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
5. Examine, create, and negotiate agreements and contracts with partners, suppliers, consumers, and other relevant parties
6. Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and protect the organization's interests.
7. Manage litigation and disputes involving the organization
8. Work closely with external legal counsel when necessary and represent the organization in legal proceedings
9. Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards
10. Protect the organization's intellectual property rights through patents, trademarks, copyrights etc.
11. Advise on employment law matters, including employee relations, contracts, termination
12. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
13. Provide legal support for M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiations, and documentation
14. Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to guide the organization's operations
15. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members

• LLB/ LLM from any reputed University
• Bar at Law or Membership in Bar Council

1. Significant experience practicing law, with at least several years in a corporate or business environment.
2. Strong leadership and management abilities to lead a legal team effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey legal advice and strategies.
4. High ethical standards and integrity, essential for maintaining the organization's legal and regulatory compliance.
