3. Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually.
4. Use a variety of training methodologies to address different learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
5. Teach sales representatives how to present each product in the most appealing and informative way.
6. Train on key product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
7. Instruct on effective sales approaches and strategies to engage shopkeepers and close sales.
8. Cover essential topics such as overcoming objections, upselling, and cross-selling.
9. Educate sales representatives on appropriate professional behavior, etiquette, and mannerisms when dealing with customers.
10. Emphasize the importance of building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
11. Train on the use of positive body language to enhance communication and customer trust.
12. Provide guidance on tone of voice, eye contact, and other non-verbal communication skills.
13. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
14. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives to help them continuously improve.
15. Work closely with the sales team, product managers, and other departments to ensure training programs are aligned with company goals and product strategies.
16. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training content.

• BBA/ MBA (Marketing) in from any reputed University

• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective sales training programs.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer engagement, and product presentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of sales representatives.
• Proficiency in using training tools and software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
