Job Description

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
    Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the furniture industry.
  2. Analyze market dynamics and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  3. Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
  4. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.
    Sales and Marketing:
  5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  6. Drive sales growth by developing and implementing sales strategies and initiatives.
    Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to the sales team to achieve targets.
    Product Development and Innovation:
  7. Work closely with the product development team to identify opportunities for new products and improvements to existing offerings.
  8. Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and innovation.
    Team Leadership and Development:
  9. Lead and mentor the business development team, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives.
  10. Foster a high-performance culture within the team through regular training, performance reviews, and development plans.
    Financial Management:
  11. Develop and manage the business development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
    Monitor financial performance and implement measures to achieve revenue and profit targets.
    Reporting and Analysis:
  12. Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
  13. Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and strategy development.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in both English and Bengali.
