•             Oversee & Lead Operations For Patient Care By Medical Services Department According To The Rules And Regulations Set By Hospital And Local Laws, Rules And Regulations.

•             Ensure Smooth And Successful Day-To-Day Operations Of Medical Services Department, And Thus Works Closely With Physicians, Paramedics, Nurses, And Other Medical Departments.

•             Oversee The Activities Of Physicians, Including The Recruiting And Credentialing Processes.

•             Ensure An Effective Customer/Patient Complaint Management Procedure To Resolve Complaints And Do Trend Analyzing To Take Preventive Measure.

•             Develop, Update And Implements The Policies And Procedures.

•             Work With Human Resource Department To Plan, Recruit, Develop And Retain Proper & Required Human Resources For Medical Services Team.

•             Monitors, Controls And Reviews The Appraisals And Reward Programs Of Physicians In Association With Human Resource Team.

•             Prepares, Manages, And Monitors Departmental Operating Budgets In Coordination With Finance.

•             Work With Finance Team To Formulate Tariff For Relevant Services And Ensure Statutory Compliance Including Hospital Policies Regarding Financial Management.

Minimum Mbbs Degree From A Recognised Medical College. Mph Will Be Preferred. 

Experience In A Tertiary Care Multi-Specialty Hospital Managing Clinical Service Operation Is Mandatory To Apply For This Position.
