1. Ensuring the accurate sample with measurement and quality before the bulk commercial production.
2. Handle customer technical inquiries and necessary troubleshooting independently
3. Oversee the entire sample development process, from concept to completion.
4. To Check the Sketch sample & Make the Sample as per the Buyer Requirement and ensure quality control measures throughout the sample development process to ensure that samples meet its buyer requirement or exceed the expectations.
5. Controlling samples within the department, follow up materials in-house status, reporting & record keeping.
6. Prepare design sample, size set, fit sample, red seal & gold seal samples upon received from the buyer.
7. Develop and maintain sample timelines, ensuring on-time delivery.
8. To ensure that any change made in the previously approved sample have communicated to the concerned persons/dept. on time.
9. Provide training and guidance to sample development team members to enhance their skills.
10. Any other assignments assigned by the management.
