To lead and manage the production team to ensure quality production and on time delivery. 

Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company targets and ensuring compliance. 

Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including labor, equipment and materials to maximize productivity minimizing costs. 

Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to reduce defects, waste and improve productivity and enhance quality. 

Maintain high standards of product quality through stringent quality control measures. 

Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers, including training and development. 

Foster a safe and productive working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. 

Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to introduce new production methods and technologies. 

Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. 

Ensure excellent co-ordination between production planning and other support functions across the company. 

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Submit daily report to operations manager about production and any other task assigned by the management. 

Must have working experience on Substation and Transformer manufacturing as per client requirements & specifications.
