Job Description

  • Leading and motivating outlet team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
  • Controlling product wastage to minimize cost and maximize profit.
  • Analyzing and interpreting sales figures and trend to facilitate planning.
  • Forecasting volume of future sales.
  • Preparing and executing SOP to ensure customer and channel satisfaction.
  • Monitor and ensure smooth day-to-day outlet operation.
  • Managing store's stock levels - making key decision about stock control.
  • Preparing training calendar and evaluating KPI for whole team to ensure efficient customer service.
  • Prepare all kinds of financial report and activities in absence of Inventory and Cash Management Officer.
