Job Description
- Develop Marketing Strategy :
- Develop the RoofTop Solar marketing strategy and select geographies that will meet growth and revenue goals, including concept, business model to deliver increased brand awareness, brand preference, and loyalty.
- Identifies and prioritizes market segments and geographies that have the greatest growth and revenue potential.
- Achieve Company’s Sales Target:
- Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Sales lead with industrial clients (B2B) and close the deal.
- Develop targeted tactical and branding integrated marketing (Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events etc) primarily to effectively generate leads.
- To build up rope with the management there. Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Self Potentiality :
- Ideal candidates will be highly self-motivated, sales-enabling initiatives, Corporate communication, documentation and knowledgeable about commercial product/solar.
- Lead generation and develop new rooftop solar projects.
- Strong networking ability and the ability to constantly expand on your customer base.
- OpEx/CapEx model analysis for clients. Ability to prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
Management :
- Effectively develop and manage a team of renewable energy professionals, and work with sales teams.
- Use internal capabilities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of team operations.
Additional Responsibilities
- The incumbent must be able to communicate effectively, build relationships and work closely.
- Strong people management skills, ability to design and implement efficient team structures to deliver.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver meaningful business results with minimal supervision
Jobs Requirements
1.Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
2.Senior level sales for B2B deals.
3.Experience in corporate sales sector at least 12 (twelve) years including highly prefer of 3+ years of proven sales
experience, especially in commercial solar.
4.Well experienced of Automobile marketing sector, Commercial/Flat developer marketing , Generator/industrial heavy machine sales sector will be highly preferred.
