QC & QA Engineer’s job will predominantly revolve around following three key responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance during project implementation
• Preventive and Corrective maintenance with regular monitoring and inspection
• Co-ordinate with vendors for equipment’s quality as per specification .
  
  1. Develop and  implement quality assurance systems, policies, processes and documentation for 

the life-cycle of solar projects.

2. Conduct quality assurance inspections and audits at all project sites to identify quality issues

and non-conformities.

3. Identify risks and areas for improvement through root cause analysis and corrective /preventive measures.

actions to address quality issues and enhance project performance.

4. Quality checking of site work and inspect project materials/Components 

& checking/inspection inspect site execution work.

5. Identifies problems and develops corrective action plans.

6. Scheduling and execute preventive and predictive maintenance 

7. Ensure that all O&M activities performed at project sites comply with OEM (original equipment manufacturer) requirements and warranties.

8. Responsible for ensuring personnel comply with standards, environment, health, safety at the site.

1. Must have the ability to travel, work on-call during off-shift hours
2. Should be flexible to perform installation role if needed
3. Should have experience in managing design, installation and commissioning of complex large scale PV generation projects.
4. The position is project based the candidate should be willing to travel and locate on site for the duration of project.

• Requires 8+ years of progressive business experience in project management of complex projects.
• Proven track record of solar project management experience, including CapEx and Opex model over 5 MW. 
• Familiarity with renewable energy, solar industry standards and regulations.
• Advance  knowledge of Technical Standards & Specifications for Solar Project/Solar Rooftop System.
