• Responsible to create, launch and follow-up social and environmental projects in our Hop Lun offices and factories from A to Z.
• Communicate with overseas internal stakeholder along the projects/events
• Report about projects in efficient communication tools (Videos, Presentations, etc)
• Keep track of new customer requirements and updates. Work with internal stakeholders to address and adjust practices accordingly
• Support market and trend research and assist the development of training programs and awareness campaigns to promote sustainability practices among employees and stakeholders.
• Support the building of general reporting and Marketing tools
• Interact with customers on issues related to sustainability as required

• Bachelor’s degree in CSR, Social or Environmental Sustainability or similar disciplines.
• Environmental technical environmental knowledge is a plus
• Good knowledge of international standards, frameworks and regulations related to human rights, labour rights and industrial relations, environmental impact and health & safety in Asia
• 2 years+ experience in practical project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Good understanding on manufacturing and how a factory operates in the day to day
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills
• High degree of work ethics and integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication in English, (Mandarin is a plus).

• Need very good reporting skill and able to talk to client we do recommend that we look at brands employees.
