1. Act as a Trainer to develop each of the sales representative to achieve the sales target. 
2. Ensure that each of the SRS is working as per BSCL prescribed way discussed in the training. (Follow People Analyzer-Right people and Right Seat)
3. Ensure that SRs are dedicated and committed to sale of focus products as per policy.
4. Ensure that all SRs are being utilized fully.
5. Take feedback from the SR on sales issue (gap between what you want and what you got) and ensure that
6. Gap must be backed by evidence.
7. Communicate feedback to the SR how well or how poorly they are doing.
8. Guide SR what is the next action step.
9. Take commitment from the SR
10. Give reminder to the SR
11. Consequence-give deadline for improvement (Praise in Public and criticize in private)
12. Issue Yellow Flag or Red Flag for each SR

• BBA/ MBA (Marketing) in from any reputed University

• Meeting the monthly IMS target of SR of all lines (average number of SR met IMS target)
• Improvement of SR sales (removal of yellow flag)
