1 Responsible to run & lead the Quality Department most efficiently.
2 Ensure quality of products as per company policy & buyers’ requirements.
3 Adopt the changes smoothly as per buyer’s requirements & company policy. Implement AQL, SOP of buyers efficiently.
4 Trained up all the team members as required to run the department efficiently.
5 Develop & maintain required policies, SOP etc. & review regularly (as required).
6 Ensure proper documentation & provide necessary reports to managements as required.
7 Ensure quality at needle point, Face all inspection/ Audits & pass at first time.
8 Ensure product safety & brand protection.
9 Ensure on time shipment of quality goods.
10 Work maintaining proper coordination & cooperation among concern departments.
11 Meet the deadline & crisis situation if any and report to Management accordingly.

Experience in lingerie item. Specially in Boxer
