Job Description

  1. The candidate will be responsible for:
  2. Design, develop, and maintain Delphi-based applications.
  3. Create and manage reports using Fast Report.
  4. Develop and optimize SQL queries and procedures on SQL Server 2016.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.
  7. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  8. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
  9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Delphi Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of Delphi and First Report.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2016, including query optimization and stored procedures.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with other programming languages or frameworks is a plus.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
