 Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and implement long-term operational strategies that drive growth and profitability.
 Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality and safety.
 Quality Assurance: Ensure robust quality management systems are in place to meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory standards.
 Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the organization to drive innovation, reduce cycle times, and enhance operational performance.
 Workforce Management: Build and maintain a high-performance operations team through recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning.

Experience:
o 15+ years of experience in operations, production management, or related roles, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership position.
o Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
o Strong background in Industrial Engineering, with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
