1. Verifying land documents received from land office. Preparing new land documents hardcopy to be delivered to legal department for opinion. Gather the legal department's necessary paperwork in accordance with the advice.
2. Managing warehouse inventory, keeping records & managing budgets.
3. Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to appropriate personnel.
4. Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts with carriers. Keep up-to-date on shipping carriers, routes and rates and any changes to them.
5. Handle the entire delivery process of products by scheduling both inbound and outbound shipments and constantly monitoring them to make sure each product arrives on time.
6. To ensure the logistical processes are running smoothly, they meet with department heads to determine which logistics improvements need to be made to increase productivity levels across the organization.
7. Collect no objection certificate (NOC) from govt. authorities as per requirement like; CAAB, Fire Service, National Housing Authorities etc.
8. Manage Approval of Land use contracts (LUC)/Estate Clearance
9. Building plan approval from RAJUK/ Cantonment Board/ Jolsiri SPA, Unification, Demarcation, Occupancy Certificate.
10. Registration of Deeds of Agreement (DOA) and Powers of Attorney (POA)
11. Act as supervisors by overseeing the entire supply chain purchasing and distribution process. They take and manage the inventory of products stored with in the warehouse.
12. Collaborate closely with product suppliers and clients to build strong and long-lasting relationships. They’re constantly working with product carriers as well to determine and negotiate shipping rates for materials.
13. Provide oversight for budgetary, scheduling, and project database, and report regularly to senior managers about progress, plans, and problems that could affect costs or schedules
14. Consult with various internal business units and vendors to identify opportunities for improvements of the supply-chain network.
15. Managing compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards.
16. Prepare Power of Attorney (POA) Acceptance by: RAJUK, National Housing Authority (NHA), and Maintenance of way (MOW).
17. Make payments in City corporation holding Tax and Land Tax Payments
18. Issue & renew trade license
19. Land mutation
20. Meet up any type of notice from Govt. authority
21. Respond and resolve complaints and problems.

• Post Graduate / Graduate in any discipline from UGC approved institution
• MBA Major in SCM is preferable.

• Experience in media logistics and local purchase required.
• Knowledge of consumer goods industry.
